There were two staffs from the former ex-leprosy colony have been met and interviewed during the visit i.e Mr. Willem Yan Ramsschi and Mr. Ponticus Torey.

The following are the summary of interviews:
The Wasior leprosy colony was erected in 1950, run by Zending Nederlands. The hospital has 26 beds, clinic, theater, and X-ray unit. One building was used for TB programme.

From 1989 – 1995, the hospital was run by The Leprosy Mission International (TLMI). Since 1997 the hospital was closed, the leprosy patients then use the Wasior HC for their ambulatory treatment.
